As we reflect on 2021, we are thankful for the opportunities as a business and our teams across the world who worked tirelessly and gave it their all, for our clients who continue to trust us and work with us, and the people whose lives we could impact in a positive way. But it would be amiss of us not to forget the cost many of our employees, their families, and the people we serve, who have paid and continue to pay the price as a direct consequence of the ongoing pandemic.

We understand that we need to stay strong and rise to the challenges we face, as we always have. We also understand that we live and work in an era of profound change, much of which is positive. And we have learnt that this requires us to be increasingly agile to anticipate and embrace change. As a business we are stronger today, and totally ready to face the future.
