  Ladislava is a Senior Recruiter at SpenglerFox based in Prague, Czech Republic, and is a member of our global Recruitment Process Outsourcing service line.

• Experience

  Prior to becoming a member of the SpenglerFox team, Ladislava worked as HR Senior Manager at Simpleway, where she was responsible for the HR department and carrying out activities such as recruitment, talent development, employee surveys, benefits, inclusion and diversity and employee performance. Ladislava has performed various other roles in business operations and  acquisitions within 2 major corporate companies(IBM and Honeywell). During her stay in Australia, she worked in the sales area for P&O Cruises and Swiss International Airlines.

• Qualifications

  Ladislava holds degree in business management from Sydney International College of Business, Australia. She has completed training courses in Leadership, Project Management and Sales.
