Thomas holds a Master of Business Psychology from 2006, specialised in Executive Business Coaching, from the University of Copenhagen. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, specialised in Innovation Management, from Copenhagen Business School.
With his unique TimeToPerform programme, he has supported executives in many different geographies and industries, including FMCG, shipping, banking and medtech.
He has more than 20 years’ experience in creating efficient behavioural change, based on patterns of winning and success psychology, all founded on evidence-based principles.
Thomas uses a highly specialised approach focused on accelerating performance by accelerating personal development. This is based on 15 years of research into the most efficient ways to help people change. He inspires clients by using role models, mobilising motivation through individual drag and drive factors to create both accelerated transformation and strong execution – all aligned with the company’s vision.
