Talent Mapping

Talent Mapping is a custom-made solution for clients who are not sure of the possibility of finding the ideal person or when a “future” role will be open, or not necessarily with a fully defined profile.

It is the process of collecting market information by confidentially assessing prospective candidates from a distance without interviewing them or conducting a full search.  It saves time and offers valuable insights into the market that can facilitate decision making in the case of confidential projects.

Talent Pipelining

Talent Pipeling involves continuous and thorough screening of the market for talent based on the client’s specific requirements. We identify top talent, conduct full interviews with them, prepare evaluations and share this information with the client over a period of time.

Talent Pipelining is the ideal solution when a client has multiple roles or would like to hire numerous people for the same role over a period of 3-9 months. The best people are constantly monitored so that the hidden talent in the market can be uncovered and employed by the client eventually.

Talent Insights

Talent Insights is a custom-made solution for clients who want to benchmark themselves against key competitors such as salary benchmarking, compensation and benefit structure reviews or strategic market insights in order to gain a competitive advantage.

It is the process of collecting market information and business intelligence from a distance. This provides strategic insights to facilitate qualitative decision-making.
