SpenglerFox was established in 2003 on a simple conviction: that world-class talent deserves a search partner who is agile, personal and genuinely global. From the emerging markets of Europe, the Middle East and Africa we grew city by city, and built a carefully curated network of affiliate partners to extend our reach into the world’s more mature markets, giving our clients access to extraordinary talent across more than 45 markets worldwide.
In 2017, our management team acquired the business through a management buyout, and SpenglerFox has been independent and employee-owned ever since. It is led and owned by the same partners who deliver its work every day – people with skin in the game, whose reputation rides on the quality of every search. For clients and colleagues alike, that means real accountability, not a distant head office.
