  • You have an impeccable track record of no less than 10 years in executive search and C-level relationship management.
  • You have strong sales acumen and able to work independently in generating new business.

Your job description

We are looking for a Senior Client Partner to spearhead business development, nurture key client partnerships, and guide a high-performing team in the executive search industry.

In this role, you will leverage your extensive network and deep industry expertise to identify and secure new strategic clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our business by bringing in new opportunities for a team of talented (Senior) Principals while maintaining and growing C-level relationships across multiple geographies. Your ability to spot emerging market trends, identify target sectors, and monitor business developments will be instrumental in consistently achieving sales targets.

As a trusted advisor, you will promote our full suite of services, identify cross-selling opportunities, and collaborate with international colleagues to deliver tailored solutions. Active engagement in industry conferences, networking events, and leadership of key internal discussions will further strengthen our firm’s market presence.

Beyond business development, you will play a key role in team leadership and management. This includes recruiting top talent in your region, mentoring consultants, and ensuring seamless collaboration through knowledge-sharing. By analyzing industry trends and staying ahead of market developments, you will help shape the firm’s strategic direction while supporting the growth of Associates and (Senior) Principals.

Additionally, you will contribute to operational excellence by overseeing client invoicing, sharing key market intelligence, and ensuring best practices in internal systems. Your leadership will extend to supporting the Leadership Team with regular updates and, where needed, stepping in for the Country Manager.
