Diana has been on a diverse journey in corporate HR for almost 15 years and gained experience through creating learning cultures and structures, being part of a tech start-up, developing new leaders and transforming growing organizations as well as leading cross-border executive search projects and sales force development in a variety of sectors from IT, telecommunications, financial consultancy, SSC and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining SpenglerFox, she founded her on own entrepreneurship as an Executive Search Consultant to re-connect with clients and candidates. This experience strengthened her ability to build client relationships based on trust and understanding as well as to nurture a strong network of candidates in various market segments.
