  Leemor is the Founder & CEO of Machnai Weiss & Partners Ltd, a SpenglerFox Affiliate. After 15 years in the high tech and executive search industries she is working today across companies such as BMC VMWARE GSK PHILIPS MEDICAL TEVA BUSCH T-MOBILE and others. After having set up and managed the Advanced Technologies practice in Nicholson International Executive Search, in Israel and later in the US, she set up her own firm in 2005, based on expertise and methodologies learned in the top companies she worked for.

  Her expertise is working with global, cross-cultural companies, sourcing and attracting top talent for executive roles. Growing her business across practices & geographies, she is personally involved in every search and Executive Program, building innovative programs such as the new CEO Club.

• Qualifications

  Leemor holds her BA in Political Science from Haifa University, MBA from Polytechnic University of New York, is a certified Management Coach, and certified Board Director. She is fluent in English and Hebrew and speaks basic French and Italian. She is also the Co-Chair of Digital Eve, the largest online women’s business forum in Israel.
