SpenglerFox Appoints Seref Bingöl as Client Partner, Interim Management Solutions

Seref is a specialist in interim management and workforce solutions with strong expertise across the Life Sciences and Industrial sectors. He advises organizations during transformation, scale-up, and other mission-critical phases, connecting them with highly qualified interim executives and senior specialists.

Before joining SpenglerFox he held senior positions at Academic Work and K-Recruiting Life Sciences, where he focused on interim mandates across IT and Life Sciences sectors with focus on technical and financial functions. He partnered closely with leadership teams, developed key accounts, and built specialized expert networks spanning Europe and Asia.

Seref holds a Business Economist qualification from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Academy in Munich, as well as an additional professional qualification in Investment & Insurance.
