SpenglerFox Appoints Pavla Gloserová as Client Partner in the Czech Republic

SpenglerFox is pleased to announce the appointment of Pavla Gloserová as Client Partner in the Czech Republic. Pavla is based in Prague, specializing in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory across a broad range of industries, including Private Equity, Financial Services, Energy, Professional Services, Entertainment & Media, and Industrial sectors.

We’ve been trying the get Pavla onboard for well over 10 years and finally we found an opportunity to come together and start working together. The whole team is very excited about it and since this announcement comes a little bit later due to the holiday season, we can already see very concrete results and projects that Pavla could generate in the meantime. Pavla brings experience from several premium executive search firms, including Odgers Berndtson and Egon Zehnder, where she worked in executive search and research leadership roles. Prior to joining SpenglerFox, she served as a Client Partner at Odgers and previously as Head of Research for the Prague office of a leading global executive search firm.

In addition to executive search, Pavla advises clients on talent assessment and leadership evaluation. She is a certified Hogan Assessments practitioner.

Before transitioning into executive search and consulting, Pavla worked as an investigative journalist for two major Czech economic newspapers.
