Role Objective:
The Principal is responsible for delivering executive search and leadership advisory projects to their successful completion by ensuring “best in class” client and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures timely and successful execution of executive search and leadership advisory assignments.
- Leads high-quality discussions with clients, leveraging deep market expertise and industry knowledge to provide strategic insights.
- Executes the full search lifecycle, including market mapping, candidate identification and engagement, in-depth interviews, preparation of confidential candidate reports, reference checks, and timely delivery of results.
- Conducts regular progress meetings with clients to review strategy and provide market intelligence and recommendations.
- Manages the candidate journey throughout the selection process: keeping candidates informed, preparing them for interviews, and delivering final feedback.
- Prepares structured and insightful candidate reports for client update meetings.
- Acts as liaison between client and candidate, including managing compensation negotiations on behalf of the client.
- Continuously seeks to improve search methodologies and execution processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Achieves strong client satisfaction and fosters repeat business through consistent performance and relationship management.
- Supervises team members’ work, providing feedback and training to facilitate their professional growth.
- Commits to ongoing professional development and industry knowledge enhancement.
- Ensures comprehensive candidate/client database management
Role Requirements:
- University Degree ideally at the MSc level
- Five to ten years of industry or consulting experience and ideally exposure to one or more of the industries which comprise the core practice groups of the company (Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, Financial Services, Technology)
- Ability to interact with C-level stakeholders of client companies at a high level
- Ability to manage challenging projects and clients
- Fluency in English is mandatory (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated, results driven, strong client orientation, advanced problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills
