He works closely with Partners to ensure seamless project delivery for clients, supported by high-quality research, tailored market insights, and actionable intelligence.He delivers senior-level executive search mandates worldwide, particularly in roles with constrained talent pools or requiring innovative cross-border and adjacent-sector approaches. Jonathan has deep experience partnering with private equity and venture capital investors, family-owned businesses, and their portfolio companies.
Having begun his career well before the emergence of LinkedIn, Jonathan developed core strengths in personal engagement and mapping organisations, gathering market intelligence, and identifying talent through referrals and a rigorous, methodical target-list methodology refined since 2002.
Prior to joining SpenglerFox, he spent 16 years with a London-based executive search boutique, initially in London before establishing its first office in CEE. Jonathan lives in the Czech Republic with his wife and two children.
