David is a highly experienced executive with more than 25 years of expertise in Executive Search, Interim Management, Sales and General Management. Throughout his career, he has successfully advised organizations on senior leadership appointments and talent strategies, helping clients navigate growth, transformation and organizational change across a broad range of industries.
Prior to joining SpenglerFox, David served as a Client Partner at Altior, where he advised clients on executive recruitment and leadership challenges. Earlier in his career, he co-founded BCV & Partners, an international Executive Interim Management boutique, where he played a key role in building and developing the business. Before that, David was a Partner at B-management, further strengthening his expertise in Interim Management and executive talent solutions.
David began his Executive Search career with Batenborch, where he led the Services and Industry Practice. Prior to moving into Executive Search, he built a successful career within the financial services sector. Starting at Citibank, he quickly advanced to the position of Branch Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and commercial capabilities from an early stage.
Fluent in Dutch, French and English, with a strong command of German, David thrives in international and multicultural environments. His combination of executive search expertise, interim management experience and entrepreneurial leadership enables him to act as a trusted advisor to clients seeking to strengthen their leadership teams and accelerate business performance.
