• Current Role

  In her current role, Nikolett helps clients gain competitive advantage by executing on various parts of their talent agenda, she actively works on high value-add Executive Search, Talent Monitoring and Leadership Advisory projects across a variety of industries, serving a diverse client range from multinational corporations to innovative start-ups.

  While her current mandate focuses on the Hungarian market, Nikolett brings extensive experience across Central and Eastern Europe, enabling her to provide clients with strategic insights and best practices that transcend borders.

  She leverages her deep market knowledge and network to support organizations in attracting and retaining top talent, as well as offering advisory services in leadership assessment and career coaching.

• Experience

  Nikolett has been working in the Executive Search industry since 2004. She has extensive experience in the Life Sciences sector and has also delivered searches in Consumer, SSC, and Manufacturing industries.

  Prior to joining SpenglerFox, she started her career at a consultancy firm, took a short chapter as a Researcher at a recruitment company, mainly focusing on the financial sector.

  In 2007, Nikolett joined SpenglerFox as a Researcher and, since 2009, has been working as a Consultant. For 10+ years, she managed cross-border projects and played a key role in developing the Life Sciences client base across Central and Eastern Europe. This regional experience strengthened her ability to deliver complex, multinational assignments and build long-term client relationships.

  Today, Nikolett serves as Client Partner and Managing Director for Hungary, leading the delivery of executive search and leadership advisory services in the Hungarian market while leveraging her regional expertise to provide strategic guidance and best practices.

• Qualifications

  Nikolett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Budapest Business School, Hungary and is a certified Lemma Coach. In addition to her formal education, she has completed several self-development program.
