With over 13 years of experience in executive search, Francia has built a strong track record of delivering senior-level placements across local, European, and global markets. She began her European executive search career in 2014 in Germany, joining a specialized Life Sciences boutique where she developed deep sector expertise in Life Sciences and Healthcare.
Francia joined SpenglerFox in 2018, spending three and a half years in the Life Sciences Practice Group. She then became a Consultant at Dartmouth Partners, leading business development and executing finance-focused search mandates before re-joining SpenglerFox in October 2022.
She is now Senior Principal, leading searches in the Consumer and Life Sciences sectors across the DACH region and internationally.
