She brings experience from several premium executive search firms, including Odgers Berndtson and Egon Zehnder, where she worked in executive search and research leadership roles. Prior to joining SpenglerFox, she served as a Client Partner at Odgers and previously as Head of Research for the Prague office of a leading global executive search firm.
In addition to executive search, Pavla advises clients on talent assessment and leadership evaluation. She is a certified Hogan Assessments practitioner.
Before transitioning into executive search and consulting, Pavla worked as an investigative journalist for two major Czech economic newspapers.
